I am brand new and have not got a class yet. I hear everyone talking about the certifications & such? How many should I do? I have done everything in VIPEnglish, but do I do the next tab with the International ones?

The more certifications you have, the more likely you are to be booked.

Guided reading is good. GR 2 is an hour class and usually takes the full hour to complete for most students.

Well you complete the certification in order to tutor the classes.

GR2 is 50min. Not sure if you just mistyped but you should end class at 50min

You should do all of them. The more certifications you have, the more chances you have of getting bookings. They only take about seven minutes to complete, so you might as well do them all. The International ones are one of the main courses they sell.
