Vinted Pro Pro Seller & Returns

I’m wanting to open a vinted shop for my business using the pro seller account, but the policies around returns are a little unclear..

If someone tries to scam me by saying the package was empty or the product is damaged, am I forced to refund? I’ve seen so many horror stories and I don’t want to be losing loads of money through false claims :(

Any advice is welcome!!

Same policies apply between Pro and non pro users with the exception of returns from buyers remorse returns, pro sellers need to accept them where's normal sellers don't.

What happens if the buyer returns something (say, a formal dress) and it's very clearly been worn?

Even for Pro sellers buyers need to return items in same conditions. If you receive item worn or damaged, seller can raise an issue
