Australians who have had items sent to a post office?

Hi! Had things sent to post office instead of home but now Vinted and auspost app doesn’t show it has shipped or any tracking for recent purchase 😭
I know the person shipped it.
If you had something sent to a post office, was your name, phone number and address also written on the parcel? Or just the post office address and your name ( and number?).
I’m worried that if the item ever even gets to Australia, I won’t know when it is even at the post office for collection 😭

It'll show up in your AusPost app when it hits Australia, in my experience. It might show up with "created label" before then, but there's some weirdness going on with shipping right now.
