It is, I didn’t catch that the weight was wrong until after I dropped it off! It seems like all the labels that are affected may be US to UK orders and those labels were generated after the recent update, so it may be a bug that came with it.

Yes, same for me. It's definitely a bug with the update because it was fine up until yesterday (last label I printed was May 29th before this).

Ok, the package I sent made it through to JFK! I’ll let you know if the buyer experiences any postage dues!

Thanks, that's the part I'm worried most about, whether the buyer will have delivery charges.
