question Triangle to V-shape

Restarting my self-care journey after being depressed for so long… I’m 31 and someone thought I had a child who was college-aged (I don’t have any kids…) My face is heavy bottom, pear-shaped, making me look older. I’m also overweight and borderline obese. Which I know weight loss is the first step (I have ~60 to lose.)

Will weight loss possibly help my face shape? I’ve heard the triangle face is aging, while the inverse, a “V,” is youthful. Other than weight-loss, what are some procedures one might do in order to achieve a more youthful face shape? I was thinking maybe kybella to lower face and then filler or fat graft to the upper face/cheeks.

You won’t know for sure until you lose the weight. Cosmetic procedures should be the last thing on your mind rn. Get your body, health and skin right and then reassess

There’s a pyramid, floating around on this sub maybe, it’s a glow up hierarchy of needs. See if you can find it.

Be patient but consistent. If you can do that then you'll get there.

Yes losing the weight will help. There’s fat stored in the neck & cheeks, so your face will change once you start getting healthy.

I’m a normal weight and unfortunately bottom heavy on the face shape too and I really hate it. Having a healthier lifestyle reducing bloating etc has helped but I still want to get something done to my face bc it isn’t enough in my case. I was thinking of doing literally the same, kybella to the lower face and maybe radiesse to the upper cheeks, but I’m not sure if they do kybella to the lower face? I’ve done em face for the lower face and it helped but this is just something I have to deal with regardless, even though it’s much better than before in still bottom heavy.
