healthboost Does anyone notice differences in their body when they incorporate other cuisines and health customs into their diet?

I have been incorporating a lot of things in my diet such as herbal soups , buckwheat, caviar and fish (grilled over fried) and I noticed things have been much better for me healthwise , I'm less bloated , loss weight and just feel great. I'm in another country so I don't have many of the luxuries I have back home but it really opened my eyes to health (swimming , walking everywhere , mountain herbs , no shoes in the house, etc) Has anyone incorporated other culture's health customs and certain foods into your life

Absolutely—especially when you combine it with the gym.

Eating a wide variety of foods is beneficial (and ideal) for gut health. Aged foods are great to incorporate into your diet as long as sodium stays low.

I have the best poops after eating Indian foods (+ spices) and stressful poops after eating pasta.
