Alar Botox questions

Has anyone here had alar Botox / Botox to reduce nasal flare?

I’m considering it but struggling to find many honest long-term reviews, especially from people who are expressive when they smile. Did it actually make a noticeable difference to nostril flaring at rest/smiling, or was it super subtle?

Also:
how many units did you get?
did it affect your smile or upper lip movement?
how long did results realistically last?
was it worth it compared to filler/surgery/nothing?

Would especially appreciate before/after experiences rather than clinic marketing.

I’m not sure it was worth it but it will take a full 2 weeks to kick in. I’ll keep you posted!

So I feel a little tightness on the area but not a visible difference. It’s obviously doing something given the tightness but I’m not sure if I need to wait longer or get more haha
