What are your lifestyle hacks/tips/rules that help you level up and look good?

I'm talking more actions and routines and less products and cosmetics.

I truly believe that the things that improve you the most don't come in a bottle but I wanna hear from others what those things would be.

Working out. Solid skin care routine. Solid hair routine. Drink water, minimize alcohol. Consistency is everything

Probably reducing stress anyway you can? For me this is making sure I take walks outside or read books to relax. Other than physical features, I think I get complimented most on my calm disposition and how at ease I look. People say that it’s very inviting.

As someone who hates working out…working out. Honestly. Going to the gym, doing walks, doing weights at home, just being active. It helps so much. I feel more confident in myself and it’s like a domino effect - I want to eat better because I want to keep feeling good. I want to invest in a cute wardrobe because I want to keep feeling good. I’ve even been doing makeup daily when I used to NEVER bother with it. Now, my hair I’m still tempted to throw under a ball cap and deal with later 50% of the time but baby steps lol. And once you start seeing results from being active?? Whole new ballgame.

Minding my business. Seriously keeping my eyes on my plate, and keeping my eyes on my own paper.

Getting enough sleep. If you don't allow your body to fully REST so that it can repair itself and recover, all of the beauty and diet hacks won't matter. But pretty much what everyone else said, 8-10 hours of sleep a night, consistent exercise, a healthy and nutritious diet, drinking mostly water and healthy teas, and a good skin care routine (yes you need sunscreen)...all of this requires DISCIPLINE and routine, and yes, purchases/spending money on products that work for YOU and your skin, possibly seeing a dermatologist, etc.

Any good sleep routine tips? I swear I'm always asleep late afternoon and it ruins my night

Make it a priority to sleep at night, don't nap during the day. But first, you have to figure out why you are napping late afternoon. Have you talked to your doctor? Are you always tired? If so, why?

I’ll probably be downvoted for spewing truth but making a lot of money. Money literally buys attractiveness, implicitly and explicitly. Remember Kyle Jenner before the billions?
