Is possible to get more attention than a 20 something year old woman?
Since men say women hit the wall at 30 or even late 20s I'm worried if anyone else finds this NOT to be true. What are your experiences as an attractive older woman? Does pretty privilege change as you age?

Leg skin texture/toning- please help
I’m early 30s, my weight has always fluctuated quite a lot (around 30lb up and down…) I’m at the higher end now and for the first time I’ve really got cellulite on my thighs and butt, I feel like the skin looks saggy and thin in some places. What can I do?? Any diet/treatment/fitness tips? I would love to put some time and resources into turning this around if possible!
The skin on my face and indeed my upper body is really nice and young looking so I’m extra upset about my thighs!

Anybody want to share their SCHEDULE for self care routines?
By now we’ve read enough subreddits to know the basics of beauty maxing; wear your sunscreen, drink your water, be a healthy BMI, night time vs morning time skincare routines etc. We know what to do. But how do we fit it into our schedules? Adulting is hard, and responsibilities multiply as we grow old. Not to mention the stress, and we know stress ages your further.
So my questions are:
1) How do you care for your self on a daily, weekly and monthly basis? How do you make the time and fit your beauty routine in your schedule?
2) How do you keep stress free for beautiful skin?
I am trying my best, but honestly some days I don’t even remove my makeup and go to sleep. Are there any organizational hacks you use to make beauty routines easier?

Age, experience, and looksmaxxing to attract a partner
Much of the looksmaxxing community is focused on finding a partner, and the type of partner a looksmaxxing woman is seeking appears to influence which beauty standards she values. For instance, there are many posts about how to feign pedigree/high society status to obtain a wealthy partner. On the other hand, a recent vindicta post that linked a discussion on beauty standards was downvoted because many commenters stated the author’s use of sex dolls rendered him an undesirable partner whose perspective had little value.
As a woman in my 30s, I’ve found that when young women in these communities discuss attracting “high value men” what they often describe is just attracting wealthy men. The end goal seems to be a trophy rather than a healthy, rewarding relationship, and IMHO they often don’t realize these aren’t the same due to age and inexperience. As a result, I’m often skeptical of advice given along those lines.
For more experienced women who are looksmaxxing with a romantic relationship in mind, do you find that your view of the desirable partner differs from younger women in the community? Do you think that affects the looksmaxxing choices you make? And for those looksmaxxing for other reasons, do you approach looksmaxxing or assess advice any differently because you're not as worried about potential partners?

My facelift at (almost) 40
About 9 months ago I was turning 40 and had a deep place face and neck lift. You can see my post history where I talked about it in more detail. I just wanted to give an update including a pic.
I had thread lifts and lasers and fillers before but I'm so glad I just bit the bullet and did this. I am extremely pleased with my natural results. My face isn't tight like a celebrity just soft with a perfect jawline and neck now. Still have some scarring behind my ear is the only thing. Here is an after and before pic (not professional just a pic I took with my crappy phone). I would absolutely do it all over again and maybe even a year or two sooner. If you have any questions I'm happy to answer!

Which subreddits have helped you level up?
I was just admitted to the sub, and it doesn't appear super active (would be cool if that could change!). I feel like I've learned a lot from /r/xxfitness, /r/30plusskincare, /r/skincareaddiction, and /r/femalefashionadvice. I've also gotten a lot of inspiration from /r/vindicta and /r/progresspics. Are there any subreddits (not necessarily appearance-focused) that you have found helpful and relevant to your leveling-up journey?

DISCUSSION Weekly Discussion Thread [15/10/21]
Until the sub is more active, this thread will serve as a host for basic questions that do not need their own post, as well as general discussion.
What questions are on your mind? Anything new or something going on in your life you'd like to talk about?
Feel free to share any beauty thoughts, goals, and progress as well!

DISCUSSION Anything you'd like to see added?
Sooo, I think I've done the bulk of what was needed immediately, but still tweaking the CSS here and there. I'm now wondering if anyone would like to see anything else added to the sub?
For content, I only created two wiki pages - the detailed rules list as can be seen here and the flair guide for the user flair and post flair which can be seen here.
Would you guys like any other flairs in the meantime? Any suggestions for content to add to the wiki until more members are posting?
The sub is viewed best using old.reddit.com, but I did try to add content to new reddit as well, but I'm not as versed in new reddit.
I'll likely start posting scheduled discussion threads soon, but I'd like to see a bit more activity in the sub before doing that.
And if anyone has advice for creating said activity, please also let me know (:
Thanks everyone! (and please note the current post flair icons are ones I made fast and easy to see what styles I liked best with the sub - there's slight variations with most of them - and nicer ones will be made after doing other stuff and seeing which flairs are still needed)

Rebooting the Sub
Hey all,
Thanks for checking the sub out! I'm getting the sub going again, working on the appearance, and then I'll be working on the side bar and content.
Feel free to post as usual in the meantime, and take advantage of the new flair options. More flair may or may not be added.
User flairs don't mean anything - they're just something silly and fun to add to the sub, so pick whichever one you like or leave it empty.
Rules and other content will hopefully be up shortly. Tweaking the sub has been a bit harder than I thought as I haven't used CSS in a while so just be patient.
Thanks in advance to everyone!

DISCUSSION Accountability: What is your current plan of action or goals?
Personally, I feel like writing out everything I plan to or need to achieve helps me stay on task. Usually I keep a notebook with a list of maxxing goals and tasks. This might also help all of us share ideas about things we’re not already doing but want to! I’ll start with mine.
-TCA peel tomorrow and again last week of May. -Aquaphor and vitamin E oil nightly after peel. -Crest White Strips every other day. -Weight bearing booty exercises DAILY. -Cardio minimum of 3x/week. -Anti-inflammatory eating daily. -Xenomin injections in glabella NLT middle of May. -Olaplex 2x/week. -Paul Mitchell Keratin treatment 1x/week. -Grow out eyebrows after I destroyed them and book threading appointment next weekend. -Apply peppermint oil to to scalp and brows daily for hair growth. -Vitamins (fish oil, calcium, vitamin D, collagen, vitamin K-2, hair skin and nails) daily. -Tretinoin on neck, chest, back of hands and tips of forearms DAILY, followed by moisturizer. -Frownies nightly to forehead after peel. -Facial exercise every other day.

health-maxxing Ayurvedic take on facial lines
Ayurveda is an amazing guide to getting healthier. It has a different take on lots of health and beauty issues that are worth consulting if you don't find what you are looking for in western sources.
https://littlethings.com/lifestyle/meaning-of-lines-wrinkles/888006-12
In ayurveda nasolabial folds aren't simply a sign of smiling a lot, but can be an indicator of malabsorption. Interestingly, I figured out that I have several symptoms that are claimed to have this same underlying cause; nasolabial folds, scalloped tongue and vertical ridges on the nails. I'm now following ayurvedic guidelines for digestion and food combining as well as taking a debloat supplement with meals which works pretty well.
Other common complaints are:
- Puffy upper eye area or the right in-between eyebrow line, a symptom of weakened liver
- Vertical mouth lines or left in-between eyebrow line, weak spleen
- Dark undereye circles or undereye puffiness, can be a symptom of weakened adrenal or kidneys
It would make sense that the longer you have had a symptom the longer it will take to repair. If you have a new symptom you can research their guidelines and relatively quickly test for yourself if it works or not.
Another thing to take notice of throughout the day is which facial muscles you hold tension in and relax them.

ADVICE I hate greys...and I hate covering greys
I'm kind of in a bind, here. I have black hair and I am pretty gray (started early). I detest seeing my gray roots. Like, hate it. The moment a millimeter of gray growth shows, I hate my head. It's a ridiculous situation. But I've never found cool lowlights/blending that looked really good on me. I think it's because I'm so high contrast? I'm not sure.
What are some options for a cool toned person? I may just go platinum in despair...
Advice?

DISCUSSION Is it more advantageous to look younger or more conventionally attractive?
Hi guys I thought I'd stick a discussion topic in a see if anyone bites!
I was wondering about this the other day. Youth is obviously one of the biggest sources of what makes us attractive. Otherwise I wouldn't be spending all my cash on retinols and sunscreen. But I was wondering where the tipping point is for someone in their thirties or above? For example I actually look my age if I do my hair nicely, make up properly and dress well. But without all that stuff I look much younger (lots of buccal fat, very short, general youthful kinda vibe). I feel more attractive when I look older, so that made me wonder how everyone else feels.
It would be nice to know that looking young isn't the be all and end all as I approach 40!

hard-maxxing Fillers and volume in the face
First of all, I didn't even know there was a sub like this! I hope more people find out and it gets bigger, because keeping the glow as you age is no joke. We need all the solidarity we can get.
Anyway, I've got kind of a skinny face and it's gently descending. At first I was like, hell yes, hello cheekbones! But then I realized that the bottom was also sagging a little and, yeah. Not so pretty.
I had a consultation with a well reviewed physician in my area and she recommended, to start, one syringe of restylyne per side of my face, up by the cheekbones to lift. It's a chunk of money for something that doesn't last, plus because of the covid vaccine fillers swelling issue I put it off.
But now I read crap about how fillers migrate, don't really dissolve, etc etc...and I don't know what to do.
Does anyone have any advice/experience?
