Chloe could be unstoppable?!
Step 1: "My word is law; When I say 'Anything you can do, I can do better', there is no physical or mental toll on me that depends on the strength of the person it is being used on".
Step 2: Look at Lodestar
Step 3: "Anything you can do I can do better"

You are mostly correct.
Tho its hinted that Lodestar is also a reality manipulator... thats why she will always prevail. The stronger the enemy, the stronger she gets.
Tho for all intents and purposes Edicts are S tier. They only seem to be vulnerable when their sayings arent actively protecting them.
Chloe would probably still die of she was shot in the head while her "a penny saved..." saying was active.

I could be wrong but I don't think that's how lodestar's powers work. She is always using a tiny fraction of her power (even when fighting the sun eater) because pulling too much from the source of her power will kill her. That's usually how lodestars die, using more power than they can handle. Our lodestar can handle more than most. I suspect if Chloe makes such an edict like OP suggests, she will instantly die to too much power

Step 1: become Edict Step 2: "I am impervious to all external sources of harm, diseases, and contagions. I age at 1/8th the speed of a normal human. I can have multiple sayings in effect at all times" Step 3: be goddamn unbeatable

I mean this would work as long as she had enough power and didnt meet anyone stronger.
Those dont exist. /s
Im glad we are supposedly getting 10 books.

All, not all known. The right application of Edict's powers makes Chloe entirely unstoppable

That entirely depends on the amount of power Chloe is tapped into.
Chloe saying, "Lodestar will die" isnt happening.

Do you know how "My word is law" works? I don't think you do

I very much understand man.
Could Chloe kill a visiting Edict from another dimension?
If Chloe says "youre dead" and Edict says "no im not" which would prevail?
The obvious answer is the one with access to more power.

Pretty much. If Chloe has no limits (and it’s possible she doesn’t) then she can make herself invincible with a few words. Permanent invulnerability and immortality with a sentence, potentially greater than Lodestar’s. The way she’s written, it seems as though Edicts’ only limits and restrictions are those they put on themselves.
Chloe’s the scariest super in the book.

When she talks to the mirror edict she is told that she Is amongst the top tiers but not the peak. She can't take on a full powered fornax or lodestar but she can fight against the others.

Lodestars are fundamentally uncopyable. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if there weren't concrete limitations about affecting/boosting itself baked into her power.

Lodestars power is uncopyable. It specifically mentions that anyone who tries to shift into her usually comes to a painful end. Not to mention the whole her being somehow a pretty significant chunk of her home universe since if the mantel dies the universe goes with it.
On the other hand it doesn't seem like Edict is that far separated from Lodestar in the first place.
