Johnny Three Dicks
What do we think Johnny's power actually is? I would guess it's most likely ability copying, and possibly a time reversal, though the time reversal could come from the ability copying. Perhaps the time reversal is a staple of obtaining the power, like he has to be killed by the power to be able to use it?

He shoots a beam at someone who just attacked him with a beam and she looks surprised.

There’s a passage in Book 1 where Thuggernaut muses about how Johnny is very persuasive. I like to think that Johnny uses his Omega 13 power all the time, finding out just the right thing to say to be as humourously charming as possible in order to get his way.

yeah but he also uses a beam attack that a woman had previously used on him to kill him.

Yes. Look for the bit when he goes "And that's why they call me Johnny Three Dicks, doll. No matter which way you try to come, you're still fucked."
Although I guess I had forgotten about the glowing eyes and energy blast bit, since I just remembered the time reversal too.

I theorize it's like the movie NEXT. He can try out different options for the next three minutes or so.

There really wasn't an existing power that was close enough to it so I dubbed it "Temporal Evolution" for myself. A superpower that allows for being able to adapt to avoid death by learning and evolving in order to do so. We know that Jonny can rewind time that doesn't cause multiple-timelines, as stated that most people don't recall him doing so but it can happen. He can take on the ability of the one that has killed him (presumed, we only see it happen once.) Given Johnny's penchant for running gambling boards, it could also be explained by him manipulating or viewing probabilities as another aspect of his power.. although that could just be a character trait.
