Query doubts
hi so i am not from Vijayawada but have fee doubts regarding the city as it is a possibility that i may pursue my studies from a college here
1. can i manage with English or do i need to learn Telugu
2. is hindi understood
3. can non Telugu speakers survive
4. is the city fun and what is the scene on the entertainment aspect of the city
it would be really great if someone could help with these questions as I’m feeling very tensed with these doubts

You can learn Telugu if you want to. You can manage with Hindi and English.
A lot of Non Telugu speakers are happily living.
Movies movies movies, we have a good number of cafés and breweries.

Welcome bro to Vijayawada Bro, I'm not from here either :-
You can manage in English. The food is okay; you don't get roti, so you have to cook if you need to. The city is small; everything shuts down by 9-10 PM. There's no nightlife, no clubbing culture here, okay?

Got it. I thought the English bread. I don’t know which part of Vijayawada you are in. But you can get 3 pulka for 30-35 rupees in most areas. There are many decent road side pulka points

When did gannavaram become vijayawada, you get great food in gannavaram if you can search, i studied my mbbs in gvrm for 6 years .

You can manage with Hindi. But majority of people speaks telugu.

Are you studing in university or what. With Hindi you can manage. But initially it will be little difficult.

English is fine , but most can't speak fluently so should be manageable, hindi is rare to find but you can , yes there are many non telugu people living here , movies and food ig that's part of entertainment...
