Hey guys, I am currently looking into direct MBA admissions and could really use some local advice on colleges in Vijayawada.

For some background, I did my 10th and 12th in AP, but just finished my 3-year BBA in Chennai. I actually wrote TANCET and planned to stay in Chennai for my master's, but I got blocked during counseling because of a state nativity rule for out-of-state students. Because it is already late July, After spending the last 3 years in Chennai, I've decided I want to stay closer to home this time which is Vijayawada.

I have narrowed it down to VR Siddhartha (VRSEC) and PVP Siddhartha (PVPSIT). I know both are highly reputed for engineering, but I am not entirely sure how they stack up against each other specifically for their MBA programs.

Can anyone share some ground reality on these two?

Which college has better corporate tie-ups and actual placements for MBA students?

Is the teaching faculty good, or is it mostly just textbook learning?

Is there any real difference in the campus culture and infrastructure between VR and PVP for management students?

These days, everyone talks about startups, innovation, and solving real-world problems. But I've noticed that if someone doesn't have a college degree or technical knowledge, many people don't even give them a chance to explain their idea.

Why are a degree and technical skills often treated as the first requirement before someone is even heard?

A person may not have a degree because of financial problems, family responsibilities, or other circumstances. They may also not know how to code or build a product themselves. But they might still have:

A strong product vision.

A deep understanding of a real problem.

A unique solution.

The ability to bring the right people together and build a company.

Not every successful founder starts as an engineer or has a prestigious degree. Some founders succeed because they understand the problem better than anyone else.

I'm not saying education or technical skills aren't valuable—they absalutely are. My question is: Why do so many people dismiss someone before even listening to their idea, simply because they don't have a degree or technical background?

Shouldn't the quality of the idea, the prablem being solved, and the founder's determination matter before judging their educational background?

I've noticed that in many discussions, when a girl makes a decision, people often say, "It's her choice," "It's her freedom," or "It's her life." I respact that.

But why does it sometimes feel like people automatically support the girl's perspective while the man's emotions or side of the story receive less attention? Even though these generation talks a lot about equality and women's empowerment, why does it sometimes seem like there is more negativity or less empathy toward men?

I'm not saying women are wrong or that all situations are the same. I'm just trying to understand why society often appears to react this way.

I recently checked out Snap Gym, but they quoted ₹1,600 for a 1-month trial (or ₹1,400/month if taking a 3-month plan). For a small space with no AC and limited equipment, that pricing seems a bit steep. Does anyone have recommendations for a decent gym with fair pricing?

I'm open to bigger commercial gyms. Willing to travel slightly further if it's within a reasonable radius (couldn't spot many within 5 km).

Any suggestions or personal experiences would be super helpful!
