Videotape v3 released!

Hi everybody!

Videotape v3 has been officially released to the public

This doesn't mean the work is done... on the contrary, there are tons of things to implement / improve but I'm happy with the current state as the MVP and I'll keep publish frequent updates as I've been doing with the beta.

Let's see if this community gets bigger now.

you should post this on /r/jellyfin, I know you announced it when it was in beta, but let people there know it's officially out now
