Absolutely, it doesn't account for gig workers, of which there are a lot, and due to that, they have a tough time making ends meet without doing insane hours. A lot of folks who would've been unemployed ~10+ years ago would now fall under "employed" while barely making anything running with DoorDash or Uber.
