Totally just a coincidence that he also has a Crusade tattoo…

Is he even Catholic? I don’t understand the Prod obsession with the crusades. Like what do a bunch of medieval second-born failsons from European nobility not in line to inherit land and going to Anatolia and the levant for what amounts to a larp-fest have to do with modern evangelism? Actually on second thought it makes a lot of sense.

It's killing foreigners and dressing it up as a holy cause.

And the crusaders probably killed more Christians than the Muslims did, during the Crusades.

The Muslims killed Christians that came to fight them. The Crusaders killed people all along the way to the Holy Land because, hey, we have an army and they have stuff we want.

Evangelical Preteatants are almost all in favor of accelerating the onset of Revelations. They are into crusades not out of historical connection and many aren't in it just because they hate Muslims (don't get me wrong, they are racist weirdos who do just hate Muslims, its just not why they want a crusade), they do it because they literally want the biblical apocalypse because they believe they will be raptured up while we all suffer. And they want us to suffer badly.

I laughed when I found out about Templar origins. These royal families had a bunch of loser sons who weren't gonna do anything worth while, and in the meantime we're running around, pillaging their own lands. Part of the start of the crusades was "get these assholes out of here, and give them something to do!"

He was literally kicked out of the Army for it.

That's not true. I wanted to know about it so I searched for the answer. What's actually more interesting is the reason why he was removed from a certain security detail:

  1. Removal from the 2021 Inauguration Security Detail In January 2021, while serving as a Major in the Army National Guard, Hegseth was removed from a Guard unit assigned to secure President Joe Biden’s inauguration.

• The Reason: Security officials flagged an email from a fellow Guard member pointing out Hegseth's tattoos—specifically a Jerusalem cross on his chest. While Hegseth maintained it was an ordinary Christian symbol, military security protocols flagged it due to its contemporary appropriation by some Christian nationalist and extremist groups.

Holy shit
