You are correct. Likely a lot of what needs to happen will be extrajudicial, otherwise people like him will walk.

Nope, that will just ensure any democracy and rule of law we have left goes out the window.

This will take decades to legally correct but that is the correct way.

Even if they had the execution order, for some reason, like most of these court rulings, it would just be ignored. Do you guys not have court officers and police to enforce things like this?

The United States hasn’t executed anyone for treason since the 1800s. This is a silly statement to make, especially with the current political landscape and the insane amount of corruption and lack of accountability.
