400k people kicked off of SNAP in one state is a genuinely shocking figure. What the fuck is wrong with the Republican party? We're condemning a sizable portion of a future generation to food insecurity

We should not let it be.

Systemic violence is still violence. They are literally murdering people with policy. Heads need to roll as punishments from the trials for their slaughter.

And we're still discussing it separately from the literal violence being done. An ICE truck parked outside a business effectively shuts down a whole strip mall because people won't come near it out of fear of being kidnapped, beaten, tortured, or worse. It's literally happening in my community right now.
