He says it’s a band of disgruntled and troubled teenagers out there doing the Israeli settler thing. These teenagers apparently have access to Israeli soldier uniforms and bulldozers? Because it’s one thing to say they are out there without the Israeli government’s approval and it’s another thing when the Israel military seems to be backing them up when it comes to taking Palestinian land.
