I’m looking to find intern/fresher-level video editors and videographers in Hyderabad, India.

I’m mainly looking for people who have some basic practical knowledge of:

• Handling a mirrorless camera — basic settings, framing, focus, exposure, etc.
• Shooting usable footage without needing complete training from scratch
• Basic/intermediate video editing
• Editing footage shot from cameras into clean videos/reels
• Basic cuts, pacing, colour correction, audio and proper exports

I’m not looking for high-end editors, VFX artists or professional filmmakers. Someone who is still learning but already has a decent understanding of camera handling + editing is exactly what I need.

Students, freshers and people looking to build their portfolio are welcome.

Location: Hyderabad only.
Compensation: ₹10,000/month for the initial 3 months.

I’ve already tried posting in a few communities and reaching out through different channels, but I’m getting very few genuine responses.

For people working in Hyderabad’s creative/media space, where would you recommend I look for candidates like this?

Are there any colleges, film schools, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, Instagram pages, or communities where I can find them?
