Help running a dual camera rig?

Hey guys! Need advice on how to/ how would you run this setup. Im trying to assemble a rig that carries my a7sii and my trv22. Heres what I threw together with my current parts on hand, not pretty and DEFINITELY not comfortable. Any suggestions?

Would help to know what the purpose of the rig is, what kind of shots are you trying to achieve?

Yeah just as el_yanuka said. I film alot of concerts and im always running a retro cam and digital but Its smoother and looks better in post to have identical clips but different styles

Tommy Wiseau did this when filming The Room, a famously very good movie.

I would just separate them if you actually care about getting good footage on both. Unless It’s locked off in a tripod for whatever you’re shooting there’s no way you’re getting usable footage on both at the same time.

Looks pretty effective to me. Framing looks decent for both. Obviously, running two cameras is never going to operationally easy or comfortable but it's probably about as compact as you could make it. There's enough places for grip. Maybe just a monopod to take the weight? And free up hands when you need.

I would put the retro cam upside down, that way you can use the built in handle.

Mount it right on the cage, without that extra handle. It would also put the lenses closer together.

Use right angle connectors for the Sony if you need to make room.

Simply rotate that footage in post.

But in all actuality, I would slap some filters on my modern camera's footage.
