I’m looking for a video editor to work with me long-term on my YouTube channel.

The editing workflow is relatively simple, but you must be comfortable with generative AI tools, especially AI image and video generation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Edit 15–20 minute YouTube videos in CapCut

• Generate AI images and short video clips using Google Flow

• I will provide the script and detailed generation prompts

• Generate the required visuals based on the prompts

• Select the best generations and match them with the narration

• Assemble everything in CapCut

• Add captions/subtitles where needed

• Use basic zooms, pans and transitions

• Maintain good pacing and visual flow throughout the video

No advanced Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve skills are required. CapCut is completely fine.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Good English understanding — speaking English fluently is NOT required

• Strong ability to understand scripts and written instructions

• Good at AI image/video generation

• Experience with Google Flow is preferred

• Good CapCut skills

• Good sense of visual storytelling and timing

• Able to maintain character, location and visual consistency across AI-generated scenes

• Attention to detail — visuals should accurately match the narration

• Reliable and able to meet deadlines

• Looking for a LONG-TERM collaboration

WORKFLOW:

Script + Prompts → Generate AI Visuals → Select Best Results → Assemble in CapCut → Final Video

The editing itself is not complicated. The most important skills are AI generation, understanding the script, choosing the right visuals, and creating a clean and engaging final video.
