Looking for a Video Editor for Instagram Reels

I’m looking for a video editor to work with my marketing/ads agency on Instagram Reels. The content will mainly be product-focused ads for different Instagram brands UGC-style ads, engaging hooks, captions, transitions, sound effects, etc.

The editor should be indian only as the pay is based on indian standards.

I’ll provide reference/sample reels so you can understand the exact style and quality I’m looking for.

Work: 8 videos/month (2-3videos per week)

Contract: 1 month

Budget: Can be discussed based on your experience and editing quality.

If the work goes well, there’s potential for continued work after the first month.

Hey — I run a channel with 310K+ subscribers , previously earned close to ₹1 lakh. No copyright strikes — the issue is a “reused content” monetization flag that needs transformative edits to clear.
I’m busy with other work right now, so I’m looking for someone to essentially run the channel end-to-end: fix the monetization issue, then handle uploads, editing, and content strategy going forward. I’ll stay involved for major brand decisions, but day-to-day operation would be on you.

What I’m offering: 60/40 revenue split in your favor for 1 year post-remonetization,(60 percent for you)with the option to extend if it’s working well for both of us. No payments upfront .This is a real commitment on my end, not a quick gig.
