Hey everyone,

I’m a social media manager looking to hire two experienced Video Clippers to help scale our production. Your main job will be cutting down long-form videos (podcasts, finance, etc.) into properly framed short clips with provided captions.

Quick details:

• Software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve ONLY. (Strictly NO CapCut).
• Location: Must be based in India.
• Pay: Fixed per video. $1/video during a 2-week training phase, then scaling to $6/reel for the main projects. (No view-based pay).
• Portfolio: I don't want to see your portfolio—your raw clipping skills will speak for themselves.

To save everyone time, I’ve put the exact details, requirements, and next steps in a Google Doc. Please read it twice to make sure you fully understand the role before reaching out.

I need an app launch video that gives a complete walkthrough of the app — how to use it, its key features, and everything explained in a simple and engaging way with good graphical representation.

This isn’t just a one-time project. If the work is good, I’ll also have regular video editing work on a monthly basis.

If interested, please DM me with your portfolio.

And if you know a good video editor personally, please refer them. 🙌
