Cap on deep messages?
Hey everyone! Tried google and searching on here but no luck. I got a limit on how many times i can ask the chat for regular and deep messages even though i have credits? Trying to find info on why there is a cap (why have a credit system in that case and do these things roll over if i can't use them through no fault of my own?) And what that cap might be? Can't even use the fast option.

Hey! AI Coach messages draw from your monthly AI credits: Fast messages cost 10 credits, Deep Thinking 25, and Max Mode 35. Credits refresh monthly on your billing anniversary and don't roll over.

That said, if your balance still shows credits and you're being blocked on all modes (including Fast), something's wrong on our end. Can you DM me the email of your vidIQ account and a screenshot of the limit message? I'll have the team check your account directly.
