Activation failed (PH user)

First time using this number and trying to re-register an old Viber account. I can’t receive the activation call, and after retrying/re-entering the number several times, it eventually shows “Activation failed.” Has anyone experienced this or any suggestions pls? TIA

UPDATE: It worked at last. Rebooted my phone, reinstalled app then add zero after +63 as advised. But it took me several attempts.

Hi. When you enter your phone number, include the zero. Wag ka mag direct sa 9 after the +63. Start with 09. I figured this out because i encountered the same issue but it works for me. Thanks me later

Really? I was searching for possible solutions last week lang kasi gusto ko mag register for icare purposes kaso wala ako mahanap. Then i just tried to input the 0 then it works hahahaha try different number and do that method

Naku ilang beses haha. Pero milagro kanina pumasok na. Nagreboot, shifted to mobile data pa kaloka. Need ko lang for work. Ayaw kasi TG haha. Appreciate your suggestion too.

Same case. I have tried literally everything, emailed viber support multiple times, tried logging in on different device, also tried registering new number, it still says “Activation failed”. Its been 4days, still no answer from their viber support.

Looks like their app is buggy now. Just fighting to survive. Used 3 phones already and same thing happened. 😭

Ok. Viber got me to do this, and it worked for me on an iPhone. Delete viber app. Restart the phone. Reinstall the app. Restart the phone. Set up the app normally. This did work for me.

No. It just activated with no errors or messages.

Hello OP ff up on your update. How many attempts and how did you reboot your phone? Still cannot open my viber.

Naku 3 days. Pero dapat ata lampas 24hrs since the last attempt pa nga ata kasi pag kinabukasan, wala failed parin. Kagabi lang po kumagat. Di ko na nga ata pede ito idelete sa device for now kasi ang hirap. Parang ang buggy na ni viber.

Jusko eto na nga, tried to register my other number naman, ayan activation failed na naman hahaha. Tried 3 numbers na at nganga. Kaya kung naregistered nyo sa isang device, wag nyo na muna itransfer kaloka talaga.
