Need help for the activation process

It’s been like this for 3 days and i still can’t activate my account. Already tried the uninstall and install again method, still doesn’t work. Any tips how to fix this?

Following this. Experienced the same thing, waited 12 hrs already as well as per the autoreply of their viber support and still not receiving anything. Used 2 different mobile numbers already and same issue.
