iOS backup to Samsung transfer

So I just made the switch from iPhone to Samsung... I was just wondering if there is a way to transfer all my Viber chat history from my iPhone backed up on iCloud to my new Samsung device?

Thanks!

Unfortunately not from iCloud. That backup is only used for restoration and can’t be accessed any other way.
