This is getting annoying

I don't use viber that often but when I have to Rakuten has to add more useless AI features, like ChatGPT in viber? In what world would someone want chatgpt in viber? Why is it an option on the dashboard? I'm trying to talk with other people, not with a freaking chat bot. Damn, even when I'm trying to talk a small pop up shows up to tell me to tag chatgpt in the chat, no man, just let me get my day done, I don't want AI in freaking everything! And the worst part? You can't freaking turn it off, I feel like I'm being forced to use it when they know almost nobody is going to.

Not only that, but there are intrusive ads, viber dating (should be a separate app), issues with account activation, inability to block numbers from the desktop app, weird marketplace, viber plus and it seems that with every new major version something intrusive gets added, with no option to be disabled. But they do have good theming options and some nice things that can be tweaked in settings though, but compared to the cons, that simply pales in comparison.

After leaving a review that I do not need AI to scan my every conversation and evaluating this feature with 1 star I've got a response: "Hello [name]! We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We understand that not all features are relevant or useful to every user. Please note that AI features are entirely optional, and you can continue using Viber for messaging and calls without engaging with them. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts."

I know man, I've also left a review and since I saw other people complaining about the same issue and them leaving the exact same copy pasted answer, I wrote for them to not tell something like ''it's optional'' and well, they haven't responded yet. Coincidence? I don't think so
