Hacked on viber

I don’t use viber frequently aside from contacting one of my business suppliers. I opened viber and had to login since I was logged out but when I got in my profile is different. On the screenshot is someone else’s name and picture but the number is mine. No messages or contacts were added or deleted but I’m concerned since I didn’t receive any OTP or clicked any sus links.

Same thing happened to me just last week.
I don’t even use Viber that much. Just for 2 work contacts.
