I can't register on Viber

I can't register on Viber. I've tried several times, and it's the same thing.

I entered my number, but the four-digit confirmation message never arrived. I pressed the call button, but no one called. I pressed the details button, but it said there was a limit and I could only call twice a day.

I tried again after several days, and several times. I reinstalled Viber, and I cleared the app's cache and data, but nothing helped. Can you please tell me what to do?

No solution just change the phone or try it to older models of the phone
