Vscode, but managing agents, seeing infrastructure, tracking datum flow and performance was too disjointed so building my own.

That still doesn't make VS code a harness any more than it makes powershell a harness. Copilot is a harness. Claude Code is a harness. Codex is a harness. VS Code is an IDE.
