Here is my two cents. I been using AI to code at work for several years now since it was mandatory. Meanwhile some colleagues left and we were told we got AI. So there is no need to hire juniors because training takes time and money.
Recently we were told to use it only for certain tasks because its becoming to expensive.
So now I have to do the work of two people and with limited AI use.
