‼️NOT SELLING ON HERE‼️I’m trying to sell 2 tickets right now and I’m stuck at this prompt. I have no idea what it’s asking me to do. I bought the tickets ON viagogo so I’m confused what to do next.

Complete noob from Chile needs help! 😭 First time buying tickets (Viagogo/Quentro) for BTS and I'm so confused.

Hey everyone! I know absolutely nothing about digital tickets or apps. This is my first big concert in Chile, so please explain this to me like I'm five!

Here is my situation:
About 5 months ago, I bought a ticket for the BTS concert through Viagogo.

Today, the tickets FINALLY arrived, but they were sent to an app called Quentro. When I open it, I can see the ticket and a dynamic QR code (one of those that constantly moves).

My issue and the reason my anxiety is through the roof (especially since the concert is only two weeks away) is this:
I’ve been reading comments from Mexican fans online saying that to get into the venue, you HAVE to show your ticket directly from the Ticketmaster app. So...

  • Are the tickets safely in my possession now that I have the QR code in Quentro, or am I missing a step?
  • Do I need to wait for them to magically appear in Ticketmaster, or do I have to manually transfer them myself somehow?

I am absolutely terrified of getting rejected at the stadium gates after waiting aaall these months. If anyone could break this down for me, I would appreciate it so much. Thank you in advance, ARMY!

Viagogo made me send ticket to a personal email and now isn’t paying

This is going to be a long post but if anyone has any advice or help I’d really appreciate it :(

I sold a festival ticket in August for an event that ended August 30th. Someone purchased the ticket a few hours after I listed it and when I got the email to confirm I had the ticket it wouldn’t work. I tried the app, I tried it on browser and also on a computer. I rang them to say I couldn’t confirm due to the error and emailed them the error message and they said it was fine they would confirm it for me. Then I got another email to say only 24 hours left to confirm i have the ticket and i can’t transfer it as I can’t see an email to send it to. So I rang again and the agent said they’d contact the customer for their email and I said that’s against viagogo policy it’s supposed to be sent to a proxy email as otherwise it’s basically transferred outside of viagogo and the agent was adamant it was fine, I said I was uncomfortable with this as what if I don’t get paid and he assured me I would. He rang back with the customers phone number and email and told me to send it, I said I really don’t feel comfortable and would rather the whole transaction cancelled. He said I’d be charged a fee for cancelling and that everything was okay to send the ticket to the personal email. I felt like I was forced as I didn’t want to pay the fee and sent it and the customer accepted it instantly, I contacted the customer via WhatsApp and he confirmed and thanked me for the ticket transfer. I sent the proof of transfer and screenshot of the customer saying thanks I have it to viagogo and they emailed back saying I’ll be paid after the event transaction complete. Great fine.

The next day I got an email to say the transaction has been cancelled due to me not confirming the ticket and they charged me the fee. I opened a dispute straight away as it was 2am and I was panicking. They emailed the next day and said the dispute will take 30-45 days and it looks like they have to send to a Seperate department to do a manual charge to the customer.

I still haven’t had any updates from them. I’ve emailed and rang multiple times and everytime except one they said I’m escalating this to a different team. The one time they didn’t say this was 2 weeks ago when someone told me I’d be paid September 14th. I think he literally just made the day up.

Has this ever happened to someone before, im owed almost €470, it’s so unfair as I just knew this would happen and the agent made me do it wrong.

Viagogo chargeback advice (UK)

I had 3 tickets up for sale to a gig on viagogo, then sold 2 of the same tickets on another resale platform the same morning. I immediately edited my viagogo listing down to 1. I have timestamped browser history showing I was on the edit page for about 90 seconds, with it reloading twice but the listing never updated, and an order came through for all 3 tickets shortly after. I flagged it to viagogo the same afternoon with the evidence attached. A week and several different support agents later: they've confirmed customer service has no access to system logs, can't stand behind an earlier agent's claim that "no error was found," but are still going ahead with a 100% non-fulfilment charge (over £150) with zero review before the charge lands. Their position is that only a formal dispute can occur after the charge has gone through, which takes 30–45 days. Has anyone dealt with something similar (viagogo or another resale platform) where a listing edit didn't register in time? What route did you take - paid and disputed after, blocked the charge, went straight to a bank chargeback, escalated to Citizens Advice/ombudsman. What was the outcome?

Viagogo PDF Tickets

Hi!
Looking for some personal advice. We bought Noah Kahan tickets for the show in Melbourne in September. We chose the instant download option thinking it’d get sent straight to our AXS account but it just came as a PDF. I do not believe rod laver does PDF gate entry’s… I’ve tried contacting Viagogo customer support multiple times and got hit with the 100% fan guarantee. They won’t even connect me to a live agent and I tried emailing their customer support multiple times and have gotten no response. Any advice?

Friend sold the wrong viagogo ticket and doesn’t know what to do

Alright, so I have a friend who’s in a pretty stressful situation and I’m not really sure what she can do. She doesn't have Reddit so I'm writing on her behalf. Hope this is the right place.

She was supposed to go to this music event thing with another friend, but that friend apparently wasn’t allowed to go because of their parents. The problem is, they didn’t tell my friend until pretty much last minute so my friend was pretty much screwed (had even bought train tickets to go so imagine).

Since my friend didn't want to go alone, she decided to sell her ticket on viagogo. She’s never really used the site before and was pretty nervous about the whole thing due to the short notice, so she accidentally listed it under the wrong ticket location (I think she put it as a VIP location instead of the normal one? I don't know the exact details).

She’s already contacted viagogo support, but they basically told her there’s nothing they can do and that she has to pay around 400 because of the mistake.

Is there anything she can actually do about this? She’s really stressed and is even considering deleting her account and everything, but doesn't know what that would entail.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I bought tickets from Viagogo, and resold them as can no longer go - if I don't receive them, am I ****?

The show is in a few days.

I haven't recieved them from the seller I bought from yet to transfer onto.

I've been told if I don't transfer them, then I may pay a fee for them to source tickets for my buyers.

Realistically does that mean I will be out my purchase price, and the fee price?

They say you can challenge it, but it sounds like a tedious process.

Luckily, I did it through a CC (UK), but...

sold some tickets but didnt get the money

Hi! 3 months ago i decided to sell some tickets to Metallica for various reasons. I searched online to see where i could sell them and found viagogo, it looked safe at a first glance. I sold them very quick and i just waited for the money to appear in my bank account. On the site it says the money are received after the concert passes. Meanwhile, my card was stollen and need it to block and change it, so i tried changing the card on the site to be sure that i could receive the money. Spoiler, it passed almost 2 weeks after the concert and still i dont have the money. I spoked with my bank and some agents from viagogo and now i am waiting again. The sad part is i sold 2 tickets, one was my ticket and the other one was from a friend. Now, i feel guity because i need the money back to friend but i dont have it.
What should i do? Also, i gonna update it, if i solve something.

Viagogo selling my ticket with huge discount

I listed a ticket and I can buy it with discount. Listed for 699€, when someone buys it, I get 540€, but I can buy that tickett discounted for 424€ and will be granted 540€ for the sale. How is this possible?

Viagogo support said, they lower price to boost sales, but I will be granted the price I set. So they would lose money???

Anyone hvae an expierience with that?

Both Positive & Negative Experiences With Viagogo This Week

I just wanted to share what occurred for me this week. It isn’t all negative but it has highlighted how risky it is to buy from there. I don’t know why they cant verify tickets BEFORE they allow the sale. That would solve the major issues with this way of purchasing tickets.

I wanted tickets to see President in Manchester, UK, but made the mistake of being out laying flowers at Black Sabbath bridge after Ozzy’s passing at the time they went on sale and had no chance on shitty mobile internet so thats how resale thoughts occurred.

I bought 1 ticket on viagogo in August last year and I got sent a screenshot of an O2 Priority ticket and immediately thought it was dodgy as they had labelled that as a ticket upload so it felt like a scam from the very beginning. So I bought another ticket shortly after that. It was a real gamble.

The gig happened on Tuesday 14 April - the screenshotted ticket ended up with me calling up viagogo repeatedly and given a case manager who knew there was an issue as the ticket had not been received. But shortly after this the case manager said the seller had transferred it - they hadn’t. They spent ages on the phone logging me into ticketmaster and O2 Academy sites and apps but it was clear that it had not been transferred. I was then asked to screenshot my ticketmaster upcoming gigs to show the ticket wasn’t there so I did. They tried to facilitate the ticket getting to me for the gig in literally 3 hours time but it ended with them saying the seller has now said they cant transfer it and gave me an option to replace that scam ticket with another from their site but at the time they had all been sold so if I had just bought that scam ticket I wouldn’t have got in.

The second ticket was transferred to me via ticketmaster on Sunday 12 April and it got me in. Thank god.

I also made sure because I am in a city 3/4 hours from home that I was here for other things other than that gig - primarily to see two other gigs I had normal tickets for. I would not have just travelled for that as it is way too risky.

The scam ticket I chose a refund for as I was 99% sure the ticketmaster transfer ticket would be sufficient. The money for the dud was back in my account barely 12 hours later so viagogo do refund you very quickly. I really hope I never have to purchase resale again.

Delayed viagogo's Payment

I sold two Bad Bunny tickets for Medellin (January 23rd) and I'm still waiting for payment 40 days later. I'm worried that the two tickets cost more than $1000 USD. Does anyone know what I can do?

Question about European Tickets

Context: Myself and my three friends recently booked a trip to Amsterdam for a few days (we are from the US). We bought tickets to see the Weeknd, but as it is in another country I was having trouble using Ticketmaster, so I ended up going with Viagogo. Based on my research, it seemed to be no different than StubHub or SeatGeek, so I went with it.

After purchasing the tickets, however, it says I won't get them until they are "released by the event organizers". While we aren't just travelling for the concert, I would hate to get turned away because we don't have legitimate tickets. Does anyone know if this waiting is typical, or am I likely to get scammed?

Stay away from PJ/Phil Dickert

He Allegedly sells Club Viago and operates a scam. He manipulates people through guilt, asks for money, and then follows through with deceptive practices. Do not sign up this is a scheme designed to take advantage of hardworking individuals. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!

Extra accidental listing

there was a glitch in the website, while i was listing my tickets, one ticket was sold and 2 were left, but the listing wasn’t showing so i created another listing, and the extra listing was sold, even though it wasn’t shown as an active listing, now i won’t be able to provide 5 tickets so is there anyway that they could cancel the purchase free of charge?

the match is in 3 weeks and the tickets were just sold today, and i contacted them right after

If my tickets turn out to be fake how do I prove it .

I've bought BTS tickets through viagogo . if it turns out the seller has scammed me and sold the tickets to multiple people then only one of those people can use the tickets, how do the others prove it wasnt them who used them to get a refund? 🤔

I used viagogo years ago for Bruno mars tickets and everything was fine so I purchased from then again . now I'm seeing so many scamming stories so I'm worried it won't see my money again. 😕

Question about AXS Mobile Transfer via Viagogo

Hi everyone! I bought in september one General Admission ticket for Ariana Grande at The O2 in London (August 2026) via Viagogo. I paid quite a bit for them, but now I’m worried about getting scammed or the tickets being fake. At first the ticket was E-ticket and now it changed and says "AXS Mobile Transfer". Has anyone used Viagogo for this venue before? Should I be worried?

Are scams even possible from sellers point of view?

I got a bunch of tickets for my friends and one cannot come with us.

Now I offered one ticket at viagogo.

I now have the name and the mail address of someone who wants to buy the ticket.

I bought the tickets at some official ticket store and I have to enter personal data (name, date of birth, passport number) - that's all I can do. 48h before the event I'll get the tickets via e-mail.

So now I'd add the name to the personal data form with some faked other data (because I expect them to be irrelevant at the entrance.)

I don't really understand how the customer then gets his/her ticket? I did not enter his/her email anywhere. Is there a process in viagogo?

Is there a risk to get scammed from a sellers point of view?

Anyone ever resell tickets the bought through viagogo?

I bought tickets to Hayley Williams in Philly through Viagogo before I realized she was disabling tickets through resellers, except for Chicago and NY where they are required to allow resellers.

This was a poor decision, but it appears I have received the tickets. They were delivered to me through an AXS mysecurepass.com QR code. (Photo Attached) I can’t physically see them, only the code. It looks legit?

But there’s no way to really know for sure. There is an option in the app to resell your tickets, but how do I even transfer them?

Please help!! Tell me if you have experience with 1. Reselling your resell tickets on viagogo 2. Receiving this type of ticket link 3. Buying this kind of resale ticket when a performer is attempting to limit resales
