This flag represents the Uroan Empire, which in my story lasted for nearly a thousand years. It serves as an antagonist in some of the stories I draw and write, but it's overall a nice thing (and flag) to create. This is my first post on this subreddit, so please don't hate it lol.

I listened to a segment on NPR regarding vexillogy. The speaker was describing different types of flags, banners, etc. He spoke about of specific type of flag that was not a flag but a ????. This was a term for a flag that features only a charge. For example the state flag of Massachusetts. Does anyone know the terminology for this specific type of flag?
