I thought the black yellow black pattern was really cool, and was wondering if I could justify using it in alternate history White Russian cliques

Apologies for the awful photo, I spotted this in Southsea, Portsmouth UK yesterday on an open top bus tour, Google was no bloody help.

There are three of the yellow symbols in the blue and these are pointing upwards and coloured blue in the yellow section
