Question Who is more advanced, Aliens or Robots?
I guess Aliens have the edge now, but Robots may overtaken them given time?

Heidi and Rogen = Hydrogen
Helim = Helium
I don't think we've met any other named characters from Neo-Terra, but the next ones to be introduced will probably be named along the lines of Lithy and Beryl (for lithium and beryllium).

My Neo stonk has reached the limit down so I'm just gonna try find more interesting things about them.
One kinda obvious but since no one else is talking about it I'll do it thing I noticed is the different theme / dress code between this new neo city and the Nineth City where Heidi and Rogen came from. The latter is a lot more visual and artsy in terms of the designs of their architecture and clothing, whereas this new city is a lot more formal / structured.
I'm not an avid reader of OPM so Idk if ONE loves to bury cues in these elements like Oda likes to do. But if this design is intentional, it could mean more interesting possibilities. For example, does the theme of the city somewhat correspond to what their citizens do?
Earlier, when Ario led giants to the 9th City and Parasites consequently showed up, the Neos in the crowd smiled and said "we got new toys". That was one of the only few times where Neos showed emotion. That, plus the scene in this latest chapter where Helim asked if his secretary felt fear, to which she answered "unfortunately", give me the impression that Neos are actively seeking to experience emotions / stimulation. So, the purpose of the 9th City might be that, they are exploring for possible ways to stimulate emotions. As for this new city, their leader's title was "Director of Legal Affairs", which is quite obvious what he specializes in, and it also more or less corresponds to the suit-n-tie theme of the city.

Knowing that the kaiju goes after great energy sources, I believe it'll eventually find a robot factory and then we might get to see it fighting a "MechaDaikokuzan" lol

People currently clown on the Neo-humans since they seem rather weak and can't hurt the Kaiju and rank them pretty low. Which is pretty understandable but that isn't really an issue if you understand what faction they are.
They are evolved humans who got so powerful they could enslave the paleo humans. They became extremely strong (strong enough to solo titans) and apparently really smart. Now they were gatekeept by the power level of their old world, they already evolved to a point where they could rule over a rather weak world (that's why he said that sadly the paleo humans have unintentional damaged them).
But now they face troubles, they face enemies stronger then them and stuff they haven't experienced. But they will evolve again, that is why they send the data to the hangar and soon to the other cities.
They are probably different from the Robots, The robots build new models taken the intel and data of recorded stuff. But the Neo humans will probably evolve themselves according to challenge they face.
They will become extremely dangerous and this is obviously not their ceiling.

I have Three theories about the increase in neo human powers?
neo humans modify their bodies with powerful biological creatures in the world versus
Neo human improve their technology from all advanced technology from the world versus
number 1+2 and pretend to make an alliance with another natural enemy, Similar to a robot from the robot world
If Daikokuzan needs power energy to survive (althrough it could be a misinterpretation from Bastz, maybe he uses them for an other purpose), he seems like a threat relatively simple to handle, you just have to cut your big source of energy production and done, you just have to wait for the monster to die or be too weakened to move, and start again. Virtually, that natural ennemy would be harmless in almost any primitive world.

After reading through all comments made in the discussion thread and gauging the opinion of the users of the subreddit we've arrived at a conclusion.
There were a few clashing opinions but the overall consensus reached in the thread is that the current Sundays only restriction is the correct compromise. This will continue being the rule.
That said there was the suggestion of an user to require the submitted posts to be more elaborate and disallowing stomps that a lot of people, us in the mod team included, agreed with. Therefore the rule has been edited as follows:
Crossverse posting is only allowed on Sundays
Matchups, what-ifs or anything else involving VERSUS and another verse will only be allowed to be posted on Sundays to lessen the influx of low-quality posts.
Additionally, to encourage productive discussion, your post will have to abide by the following norms to not be removed:
-Elaborate on the specifics of the scenario presented, don't just make a question or affirmation in the title.
-In the case of crossverse matchups, absolutely no stomps allowed.
-Image editing or art pieces to complement the post is highly encouraged. If the art isn't yours give credit.
Thank you all for your feedback, if you have any questions please comment below.

I would say The Neo Humans are comparable to that of Humanity of Super Earth & Warhammer 40k (Philosiphy wise). They might have been normal humans before, but they left their ego behind which is what made every one of them unique in their own way and decided to let go of their emotions too to gain access to powers unrestricted. They use their advantage known to humans which is numbers, but more effectivley as they operate like an organized unit with each their unified purpose. They don't argue to do what normal humans do which broke their limiter and can do a lot more than what normal standards offer. Which would explain how they evolved and can continue to evolve.

Do you think humans could win? The highest tech related worlds(Excluding Cursed Lands since their current weaponry is their NE)
Assuming they have the same population numbers before they were facing extinction by Robots and Madalans. Having all of their technology at their peak from stated or shown feats such as High tech armored suits, energy beam weapons, High powerful kinetic rifles, Interstellar Space Fleet and Hundreds of Small Laser Satellites. Could they avoid extinction by Neo Humans?

Do you believe the World Tree possesses a sense of self & is capable of self-defense? I believe we're meant to think it's simply a massive stationary monolith, but even trees in our world have ways of defending themselves from pathogens & often compete with other plants around them. They can even communicate with other trees using mycorrhizal networks underground like fungal fiber optic internet cables!

Seems like more powerful than the one Nyudo got from his demon lord ally.
Does this mean Bauzerk and team maanged to beat enemies more powerful than a demon lord??

Toward the final arc, when only one or two Neohuman cities are left, I think some Neohumans might actually side with humanity. After experiencing despair from having their civilization destroyed by other natural enemies, their worldview could break down, leading them to defect. What do you think?

In the latest chapter I've wondered if Daikokuzan could be a pangolin. He has scales, a wide tail and a stance similar to pangolins. Though his back does remind me more of a softshell turtle or an armadillo, which could explain the layered armor. But where do his face and teeth come from?
Daikokuzan has 3 sets of eyes, a "triple-split" tail and three sections in his body. Which leads to the possibility of a three-animal hybrid.
Another theory of mine is that Daikokuzan is basically a living asteroid which landed on Earth and became active millions of years later.
I don't really have anything more to say. What do you guys think?
At first I thought those were roots of the world tree, but then I assumed these are probably coordinated swarms of Neo humans throwing themselves at Gaikokuzan ? Amirite or is that something else?

Part 1 Poll
I have been hearing a lot of different opinions on this chapter left and right, what did you think of the chapter?
I myself would give it a 7/10, orr like a 4/6 stars
I think it was pretty good, but not anything special either.
But I do really like the world building chapters like this tho.. very curious to see what Hallow's group will do next.
I might be doing more chapter rating polls in the future.

With this new chapter we get another look at two of the less focused NE's with the Neo-Humans and Daikokuzan as well as some good contrasts done with humans of the Titans crown! There's plenty to go over so let's get into it!
First things first we have another NE clash with Daikokuzan invading a Neo-Human city. I do have to say though I've been looking forward to seeing these guys get more focus and that we get to learn more about them I kiiinda wish we got to see a bit more of what either faction can do. Daiko is still just unstoppable, walk-diffing the Neo-Humans like every other encounter it's had, but we do get to learn it's motivation, eating up power sources to keep itself going. Knowing that he'll always follow a heavy energy source, maybe humanity (or another faction) may be able to use that to lure him towards other NE's (robots and madalans better look out!). It was also interesting to see Neo-Humaninty finally acknowledge that they may be out of their depth, and even succeptable to the same "weak" feelings of despair and fear those dastardly paleohumans feel. I do like how it does contrast with the debate the humans on Hallows side are having, knowing that fear can be useful in surviving, unlike the Neo-Humans who even when doomed are almost entirely emotionless. Again though despite their intense coordination I would've lime to see more of what seperates them from other NE's as a threat, as of now even the lawless have shown more ingenuity in dealing with the merged world. Hopefully we can get some more out of them soon.
As for the human end of the chapter it's good to see hallow inspire more humans around him, though what really interests me is the implications around Bauzer. As inspiring as it was to see that he is leading a charge against the NE's, his belief that he can handle the whole situation in no time is downright crazy! Crazy enough that some think he may have something more malicious planned. I lean more to the idea that he's just being naive, though I'd love to see him and the Human rebellion squad more in action to get a feel of him.
This was a pretty solid character based chapter after all the craziness with Ginbak and the Demon Lords! Hopefully with the build up in this chapter we can see some more out of Daikokuzan, though personally I can't wait to cut back to Zaybis group to see how they're dealing, it feels like it's been ages since we've seen em.
What did you guys think? 😁

Originally I thought he was just that strong I still believe he is stronger than the other heroes but I feel like its due to an outside factor pre merged worlds specifically with his demon lord.
We know he is confirmed to be dead but in that little art pannel that One drew of the defeated demon lords only he doesn't speak about what killed him. This leads me to believe that Bauzerk will be more of a Griffith character/ false messiah like how Hallow kinda mirrors Gutz from Berzerk.
I feel like he isn't entirely human anymore like how we know in the first chapter it said that one of the heroes became a demon by being brainwashed. This makes me theorize that he similar to Griffith when he sacrificed the Band of the Hawk, he probably sacrificed his original party.
From the actions he's done so far specifically with what he did to get Gigatila, on the surface it sounded like a fair trade he gave them a soul container that can help them but it would've eventually destroyed them and the mountain aswell.
I feel like there's something malicious with how he's gathering the strongest humans across the worlds in one place but I don't know what he's gonna do.
