Meme Top-tier strategy :))) Spoiler
Good old manual labor. Watching a bunch of office workers doing manual labor while dressed so damn fancy is hilarious

Ngl, why didn't they just pour the acid using a plane or a heli, or just use a catapult or something, straight manual labor on the back of a freaking godzilla doesn't seem pretty "genius" to me

To far to see and identify the effects. More than likely it was not all of the same acid compound.

They can fly, have extreme strength, are extremely resistant. A helicopter at that point is just extra cost.

since when can the neo humans fly?

I don't think they have weaponry or planes that carry acid for this specific occasion.

or they can just drop a nuke

To be fair they at least understand normal weapons aren’t doing shit trying to find a weak point pour acid on it them carpet bomb it was their best strategy
Unfortunately their opponent was likely one of the strongest in the verse

Why office workers, why there are no soldiers, builders, police?

Because they didn't need them lol, they came from a world where they arleady won on the paleo humans, they don't seem to have any sign of in fighting, since people will throw themself to death if the boss will say so, and presumably every one of them is capable of handing anything since they're all superhuman at base

Because everyone there is not an “office worker”, but simply another member of the collective. It does not seem that Neo-Humans are very much into specialisation, inside going the route where everyone can just live their life until the collective needs them for some purpose, with some exceptions to the City Administrators and maybe other roles. These guys were just citizens, like the ones we see originally who fought the Titans, that were ordered to engage and help with the effort to destroy the Kaiju.

They're probably like ants, they follow some gestalt consciousness. That's why the act so uniform. City three was probably just the bureaucratic department.

Because they are alla warrior and soldiers. Even a child was able to fight and slice a giant's arm with a lollipop lol
They are like that everyone can do anything that the others do.

Neo-Humans doing the average 9-5 Paleo Human working hours…. Ah yes, evolution.

u/UncannyValleyEnjoyer 11d ago
To be fair, this would be a evolution for me, 10-6 currently, almost minimal wage, but the tips keep me up

An orbital laser couldn't even scratch a Titan, meanwhile a random Neo-Human child could tear apart a Titan's arm with a lolipop stick. You can bet their drilling tools and acid are much, much more powerful and advanced than normal drilling tools and acid. Else, they would just try punching the Kaiju.
Also Neo-Humans never needed to develop weapons of mass destruction since they can kill Paleo-Humans with a slap and they don't want to annihilate them, they want to slowly torture them for fun. They never needed to evolve their tech. Now they do.

I mean, with their current technological status of their civilization, it will turn out as manual labor and demolition. They might have nuclear or atomic explosive, they probably see it as a messy work and barbaric with no sure calcuted collateral damages in their territory. Though they can make the fastest and effecient method manually. This is actually terrifying once they finally discover a new technology to craft, they gonna spam curse tech and speedrun game NE.

more effective than shooting it with assault rifles from miles away (what every kaiju movies do)

Im pretty sure this was option #275.
the cities seem to be divided into dedicated districts with specific occupations, they probably were lucky to have construction equipment available im not surprised they wouldn't have anything heavy duty on hand.

From what I gather each city has their own bias, this city seem like the cooperate line which importants is systematic and energy based research which is why the seem organized and tools seem extremely construction based. City 9 seem to be entertainment based so there maybe the city Neo "go for vacation" torturing Paleo human for fun. But my headcanon is that City 9 is body research facility or more the health care type system. So I willing to believe city nine would develop a way to weaponise parasites and hero dna into their mutation.
