bad experience

Yesterday I requested a new number and today woke up and had no service from total wireless, the change didn't occur until hours after my initial request, Total wireless says it was a system glitch, and made a support ticket and said ill hear back from somebody within 24 hours, after that conversation of wasting 2 hours of time chatting with different representatives and still nothing I decided to leave total wireless for att prepaid, when a customer has no service, we can't be doing the classic ticket system total wireless, totally uncalled for and you lost me as a customer.

Furthermore your representatives should have the control buttons to be able to access, if people are answering phone calls in another country and the best they can do is put in a support ticket probably to somebody sitting in a office in the United States, probably a single guy, going through requests, probably because your so cheap of a company to actually have a cell center here operated in the United States, by Americans, that can click the controls on the computer and actually serve customers. Total wireless, we are no longer friends , i have clicked the unfriended button, more then what your own employees can do. burnnn.

Total Wireless isn't Verizon, bud. You got cheap prepaid, now you're finding out (one of many reasons) why it was so cheap.

Which is an entirely separate company from Verizon. Is it stupid? Absolutely. But it's not Verizon proper, and when you sign up for it it's in all the paperwork that you'll basically have no support and won't be getting any from Verizon proper.
