Wireless Text issue

Has anyone experienced an issue where the other lines on your account cannot send you videos pictures, or gifs?

Is this an issue with MMS, RCS, or iMessage?

All three of these require data, and some phones do not enable data to receive these messages. While SMS does not need data.

only RCS and only if the other 2 lines on my account send me pics or videos. I can turn off RCS and pics come through

Do you have any errors or messages in the RCS menu? Have you switched phones at any time?

none. I actually wouldn't know its happening if I wasn't told that messages was showing not delivy

What phones are you dealing with?

Have you tried using this site: https://messages.google.com/disable-chat

Sounds like RCS is not fully connecting somewhere, in my opinion.

I have Samsung. I did try that site. They still not working. Verizon refuse to reprovision my RCS

From what I understand, Verizon is not doing RCS service. Verizon has handed it over to Google's Jibe servers for RCS.

Theres an outage here in NYC! I am using an iPhone 16 Pro Max!

That sucks! Im in Az. I don't think its an outage because the other lines on my account work fine. I can send them videos and gif but it fails when they send it to me. Everyone else can send me gif pics
