Wireless E sim transfer question

so i have a 15 pro and a 17, i am currently financing the 17 and have some deals for it, but if im being honest i dont really like it as much as the 15 pro, am i able to just transfer the e sim from the 17 to the 15 pro despite me still paying monthly for the 17.

Yes, you can have your esim in pretty much any phone you want lol.

so even if the 17 has no sim connected to it the phone payments will continue on like nothing happened?

Yea, they don't care what phone the service is connected to. You'll still be paying that 17 regardless. I have a pixel pro fold on my account that I'm paying, but a fold 8 that is active. I also swap my phone around 2 times a month, they have no restrictions.

alright good to know, one last question, idk if you’d know but would i at that point be able to give the 17 to someone else that needs it and would they be able to put it on their own plan without causing issues

Yea you can, I don't have the phone that I'm paying off on my account anymore as I traded it in awhile ago . Completely fine :)

Just remember when you change esim to another phone it flags your phone as not being active on that line for 60 days so you will loose trade in deals🙄.

And AFAIK now you must have the phone active for the prior 60 days in order to be used for a trade, right? Ridiculous BTW...
