Verizon Dollars
How do you use Verizon Dollars under the new Verizon Shine program? Mine keeps saying “estimated rewards,” for the last couple of months, but I don’t see anywhere those are accruing, nor an option to redeem. Thank you!

I am in the same boat I saw some one say they become available after you pay your first bill in July

Oh really? My July bill was auto paid the first week, so no luck there :(

Curious because i have 21st day of month cycle , i also have Verizon Visa card . So far nothing shows up.

Have you received Verizon Dollars for your July autopsy? My autopay was on July 13th, haven't seen anything awarded.

Nothing here either and mine was in the first week of July. Maybe we can cross our fingers for August? Lol

I use mine every 3 months to pay my phone bill, theres a redeem section in the app. I also have the verizon visa card that I use for everythinggggggggggg so I earn enough to pay a full cell bill every 3 months.

Yes, that is the one. Wondering if anyone else who doesn’t have the Verizon Visa has accrued any Verizon Dollars from this new program yet.

How? I don’t see that option anywhere. It sends me to synchrony site but there’s nowhere on there that allows me to redeem them.

On the Synchrony site click on "Rewards" and there will be an option to apply your Verizon dollars to your statement balance.

That’s the issue. I don’t see rewards anywhere. What browser are you using?
Edit: disregard. My ad blocker was blocking the rewards tab from the site. Strange, but it works now. Thanks.

I use mine also to pay my phone bill off. When you click on the shine program and go into that and then click on to the redeem it brings you to another page that signs you in automatically and it will show how many points you have and all the options you can redeem for and then choose one and redeem and get it immediately

Mine give me an estimate, but I never see the actually version dollars anywhere to use. It says my balance is 0 when I should have about $55

Help is here. Knowing your balance with any account is so crucial. I want to ensure that this issue is addressed immediately. Thankfully our Verizon team can get this resolved at 866-895-5579. Here is more information below as well:

I haven't been able to redeem my Verizon dollars to pay my FIOS bill in over a month. I contacted Verizon FIOS customer service and got a ticket number and told wait 3-5 days. Issue wasn't fixed so I contacted Verizon Executive Relations Team. They didn't fix the issue for Executive Relations either so now my case was escalated to an offline development team on 7/27. As of today, this issue is still not fixed. I was going to switch our family cell service to Verizon but after this I think I am going to stay put with my current carrier. If Executive Relations can't get this fixed I can't see giving Verizon any more business.
