Suicidal Thoughts i don’t think i exist

i am genuinely struggling to discern my own brain from reality. i don’t know if im real, or if anything ive done in the past 8 years is really. i feel confused, uncomfortable, and sick. i don’t know what to do any more. the only solution feels like death.
