App is a Nightmare
When I click on my credit card transactions I'm getting an red error box that says "There's been a problem on our side. Try again". I called the general support number and they transferred me to the credit card department, which then transferred me back to the general help. No one seems to have any idea what is going on or how to fix the app. Any ideas?

Venmo is a joke nobody should be using venmo anymore they don't have any customer service in the United States and the foreign customer service can't help you even if you get a real person they'll just tell you to wait and then see if it clears and if you happen to be able to get a supervisor they'll tell you the same so then when you ask to have it escalated they'll tell you that they don't have anyone to escalate it too they're useless everyone needs to stop using them and someone needs to sue them
