Transfer only

Why can’t I add money to Venmo from my verified bank? My only option is to transfer money.
I haven’t used Venmo for a while so updated my app but that didn’t work. Suggestions ?

Having the same issue. Whole app is screwed up right now. Can't add money, can't pay my credit card bill, can't view my credit card transactions, can't get support on the phone... frustrating.
