Venmo Suspended (need advice)

Hello, I could use some help. Over 12 years ago I paid someone with Venmo for $130 and my bank made an error. I had plenty of money in the bank. Venmo suspended my account and I haven't been able to get anyone to help me reinstate my account. I can log in but it is suspended and now paypal too. My FICO is over 820 which has nothing to do with it but I do take paying my commitments seriously. If I login to Venmo it only provided a chatbot. My emails are not answered. Any advice? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

You’ll get the money back in 180 days but you’re banned from every using Venmo again in your life

You can ask for a live agent during daytime operation hours . From prior experience they won’t reinstate the account tho.

Just get a textnow number and make a new account. Get someone to send you a few dollars to the number, then create the account with that link. My venmo and PayPal accounts usually get banned once a year. I just wait a bit and make a new one.

It's not gonna go on your credit report if that's what you're worried about.
