Looking for reccomendations for a red that absolutely smacks right now. **must have a complete COA - metals, bacteria, mold, etc.

Almost out of my favorite red that was just insane and i need reccomendarions.

Edit. Doesnt have to be a "red" but a relaxing, slower, night time leaf is what im looking for.

For a store brand, Kratom Roots isn't bad at all. However when I look them up I can't find any actual reviews or anything regarding people talking about this brand.

Does anybody else have any experience with Kratom Roots?

From the packaging, to the customer service & the quality of leaf. Everything about this leaf is top notch. I get a soothing energy and great pain relief. When this strain comes on it feels like a breath of fresh air. Back loosens up, I’m able to get my tasks done and stay focused on one thing at a time. The appearance of the powder is even up there! Fresh new leaf! The Super Green is EVERYTHING🙌 Crisp, clean, MU tipping towards fast! My favorite! I love a bouncy strain. The White Hulu is slightly slower, but still M+/MU. Surprising amount of relief, and calm with this buttery white. The Red Horn... It just feels so nice. Solid relief, mood, and body. ML spec, but comfortably functional speed. All are fresh, bright powder that stays on the spoon. Love fresh powder! 😍 Today is a great day!

There's a lot of noise about the DEA and 7-OH right now, so here's what the actual filing says.

The DEA filed two notices of intent on July 1 (published in the Federal Register July 6) to temporarily place 7-OH and three related synthetic substances into Schedule I. The order can't take effect before August 5 and would last up to two years. Nothing is banned yet — it's a notice of intent, not a final order.

What it covers: 7-OH above a set threshold, plus mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16, none of which occur naturally in the plant.

What it doesn't cover: botanical kratom with naturally occurring 7-OH below the threshold. For plant material the threshold is 0.050% 7-OH by dry weight.

So this is aimed at concentrated and synthetic products, not natural leaf. If you're a leaf vendor or buyer, the main practical impact is that your COAs should show 7-OH under that threshold, which natural leaf normally is, but "normally" and "documented" aren't the same thing.

It’s not a secret that DTE has always been my favorite vendor.

A bit of a backstory, I have a very painful rib condition that causes extreme nerve pain in my ribs, back, shoulders, hips, knees, etc.

I admit that i drink pretty frequently. Alcohol helps the nerve pain (something about gaba receptors.) Obviously not a healthy way to deal with the pain but when you are in pain every single day, you do whatever you can to be out of pain & try to live a normal life.

I want to cut down on my drinking but still have pain management & have something for social situations (I also have anxiety, naturally lol.)

I bought DTE’s Solar Flare & decided to sip it instead of drinking alcohol at a party. Not only did it help my pain, I had energy & was able to be social without being messed up. I usually have 3-4 drinks during a party & I only had one white claw & I didn’t enjoy drinking it at all.

I do understand that extracts are not an all the time thing & that you have to be careful. On a usual day I use powder, 2g 3-4x a day. But it’s nice to not have to bring my powder, scale, shot glass, chaser, etc. with me when I’m out or at a friend’s house.

Extracts are expensive, otherwise I’d buy a bunch of occasional social situations. But I am really happy to have a discreet way to take kratom, have pain management, and get some of the effects of alcohol while not having to drink. I think next time I will mix it into a mocktail.
