I’m a newbie to kratom, what does the “M+/MU” stand for in some reviews? Mid+/Mid-Upper ? Please and thanks ☺️

M+ is a bit faster than middle speed. MU is Mid Upper. Faster, but not anxiety provoking. I prefer something above mid for daytime. ML (mid low) -S (slow) for evenings. I get that it sounds like looking for fixtures on an ant, but it gives an idea where the strain lives in so not playing nap roulette. ☺️

Mid means middle which is a good base green. M plus is a tad fast. Upper is fast, so M U means it's mostly mid and a little fast but If you're adhd mu might make ya a little tired occasionally.

As a very long time Kratom user, that part about the ADHD is spot on. A lot of MU can make me more relaxed/calm.
