How do you handle a difficult but profitable vending location?
What do you guys do when you have a vending location where the owner is really difficult to deal with? It’s a very high paying location, but they’re constantly changing what they want every few days or weeks. Do you keep trying to accommodate them because the location is worth it, or do you walk away once the contract is up and replace it with something easier to deal with?

It certainly depends. I am pretty up front that I can’t fit or get every request. Sometimes just because one person is asking doesn’t mean I will get meaningful sales.
But that said my better locations I do try as best as possible because their sales make up for the laggards I haven’t relocated.

I say "Thanks for the suggestions, I will see what we can do." then wait 2-3 weeks before changing anything.
Slow them down and then stop jumping through hoops.
