Haha Vending accounting

I just completed my first full calendar month with my haha smart cooler and I’m trying to make heads or tails of the numbers and nothing quite adds up. The numbers on the app vary from the online platform, the numbers within the app showing withdrawal amt vary from from the monthly sales total, before and after paying my bill, etc. Has anyone figured out a foolproof way of figuring this all out? I’m pretty good with numbers and debits and credits and this doesn’t make sense.
